1. Introduction

Welcome to Shopfront. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our cross-listing SaaS application and any related services provided by the Company. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Application.

2. Subscription and Billing

2.1 Subscription Plans

2.2 Billing and Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees in advance on a recurring basis. 2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Application until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

3. User Responsibilities

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Responsibility

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so and that the User Content does not violate any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.


5.2 License to User Content

By posting User Content on the Application, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Application and the Company's business.


5.3 Removal of User Content

The Company reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to others. However, the Company is not obligated to monitor or review User Content and does not assume any responsibility or liability for User Content.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Application.


6.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Application.

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.


7.2 Termination by the User

You may terminate your account and subscription at any time by contacting our customer support or through the account management settings on the Application. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Application will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.
